Toyota Fortuner is a very aggressive and rugged mid-size SUV by Toyota now in its 2nd generation now in its 2nd Gen that began in 2015. It racks a 2.8L 1GD-FTV inline-4 common rail intercooled 6th generation diesel engine called the GD-6. This unit is mated to a RC61 6-Speed manual transmission geabox which makes this unit a perfect one for what is meant to do. The power figures are 174hp and 420Nm of torque as for 2015 to 2019 models but the 2020 model was uprated to 201hp.
